200 new houses built in Falluja

An Iraqi construction company has begun the development of a residential compound of 200 low-cost houses in northern Falluja city. “The project’s total cost is ID6.998 billion,” Umar Abid Dali, a member of the Falluja Mayoralty’s media office, told Aswat al-Iraq news agency on Wednesday.

He said that the compound is part of the 2010 investment plan. Falluja, the biggest city of Anbar province, lies 45 km west of Baghdad. Source: Aswat al-Iraq
